At Channay Apparel, we want you to love every piece you receive. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process, as well as our exchange and returns policy.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.
DELIVERY LOCATION
We currently deliver across Ghana and offer international shipping to selected countries.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard Delivery (Ghana): 2–5 business days
Express Delivery (Accra only): 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, customs, or courier delays.
DELIVERY FEES
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Free standard delivery on orders over GHS 500 within Ghana.
ORDERS
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also contact our customer service team if you need help tracking your delivery.

EXCHANGE POLICY
If something isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
NOT ELIGIBLE
Items marked as “Sale” or “Final Clearance”
Intimates or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
HOW TO EXCHANGE
Email us at info@channayapparel.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Our team will confirm item availability and guide you through the next steps.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
ACCEPTED RETURNS
Items that are defective, damaged, or not as described
Items returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags)
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Sale/Clearance items
Items returned due to change of mind or size misjudgement (we recommend exchanging instead)
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Delivery fees are non-refundable (unless return is due to a fault or error on our part).
